Inspired by the sundappled gardens of Provence, aromatic local herbs are blended with Altitude's classic alpine recipe of juniper, pine, myrtille and elderflower. Spice is added for balance, and the gin is produced in the mountains for a gentle distillation that preserves the freshness of its botanicals.
